Today, I’d like to introduce the Japanese restaurant “Ajidokoro Koyagi,” located near NILS Annex. During lunchtime, you can enjoy their lunch menu, and in the evening, it turns into an izakaya where you can savor delicious drinks.

■ Atmosphere
The restaurant feels like a traditional Japanese home. As a Japanese person, it feels just like my own house.
When international students visit, they’ll likely think, “Ah, so this is what a Japanese home feels like!”
The staff treat you like family, and they’re very kind—so don’t hesitate to chat with them in Japanese!
■ Menu
The sashimi is especially delicious. Since Japanese people love sashimi, the restaurant is always bustling with customers.
Besides fish dishes, they also offer meat and vegetable dishes, with a wide variety to choose from—so I always have a hard time deciding what to eat!
At night, you can enjoy famous Japanese sake, making it a great place to spend time with friends.
■ Price
Lunch and coffee cost just 1,300 yen. That’s very affordable in Japan!
At other Japanese restaurants, it usually costs over 2,000 yen. It’s just a 3-minute walk from NILS Annex.
Come and enjoy the taste of Japan at “Ajidokoro Koyagi”!
